SHIPPING POLICY
The time your order is processed and shipped depends on the day and time you place your order and how busy we are.
Order processing takes an estimated 5-10 business days to be completed.
*During Holiday Season or End of Season Sales processing may be extend do to heavy traffic 10-14 business days
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday.
Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day.
Orders placed after 12pm Eastern Standard Time will begin processing the next business day.
* If there is any look that is seen via the companies social media please email "Customer Service" with image along with size for purchasing.

All shipping for items take 2-3 days via UPS ground mail AFTER processing is complete. business days (USA) / 3-4 weeks (Intl.) for delivery.
*International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Once packages leave our facility, we are no longer responsible for those packages. Lost, stolen, or damaged packages will not be our responsibility. Once your shipment is in possession of the United States Postal Service it is their responsibility to deliver your package in a timely manner. Once USPS confirms a delivery was made we are no longer responsible . If the post office confirms that the package was received, we can not be held responsible for the package. I
We will not be responsible for wrong addresses provided to our system. Even a missing apartment/unit number can cause your package to be returned as "undelivered". Please verify that your shipping address is correct when you receive your order confirmation email and contact us right away if you notice a discrepancy. Otherwise, you may not receive your order and it may return back to us. We will be happy to reship the order once the prior order is received and when the buyer pays for cost of reshipping. This is regardless of method of shipping chosen.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the most items being "MADE UPON ORDER", we do not refund or exchange on any items bought from the company. But if you have any major problems with your purchase please contact us within
3 days of receiving your items at info@mahjingwong.com. All items are made from sizing chart measurements. If the item is non stretch and your measurements fall in-between sizes please go with the bigger size.
Store Credit is granted by management decision only.
For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny your request. All items must have a tracking provided by the customer before any action is taken. All exchange items must be mailed back within 5 business days from granted exchanged. Please ensure you read all sizing/wash care info carefully before making your purchase and if you need any more info please contact us through the contact page.
